Kenya experiences a tropical climate.  The climatic condition varies greatly from one part of the country to the other. From deserts to Savannah plains to alpine highlands and semi - desert. At the coastal region it is hot and humid while the other parts of the country experiences temperate climate except for the northern and north eastern parts of the country where it is very arid. The equator passes through the country almost at the halfway mark making the climate to be very stable.
